The RQCALACS (Quebec Coalition of Sexual Assault Help Centers) recognizes the structural injustices and biases that impact our experiences and values the unique contributions marginalized people make to our organization and communities. Our management model

The RQCALACS team has adopted a management model consistent with the organization’s values and ideals. Its operation requires transparent decision-making processes that favour consensus, a horizontal structure that promotes individual and collective empowerment, and concern for processes and results.
